The first improvisation between Heather Elle and Brad Truax (Frenemas, Interpol) which was recorded on July 26, 2020 during the COVID-19 lockdown.

This release is in honor of Heather's mother, Janice Margaret Allison, a healthcare worker and mental health advocate who passed away 4 years prior to-the-day of release. All proceeds will be donated in her name to the Brain & Behavior Research Foundation.
